We see design as a process of understanding- the place, the people, the purpose and the possibilities within each project. Our work brings together spatial planning, materiality, light, proportion and detail to create environments that are purposeful, enduring and distinct in character.
We believe architecture and interiors should not be considered in isolation. The character established through the building, its spaces and its relationship to the site should continue naturally into the interior- creating a cohesive experience from the scale of the whole to the smallest detail.
Our approach balances design intent with the realities of how spaces are built and experienced. Function, comfort, material performance and longevity are considered alongside atmosphere and expression, allowing design to be both refined and relevant.
Our ambition is to shape ELYON into a distinctive design practice from Bengaluru, India- recognised for thoughtful design thinking, enduring quality and a considered approach to architecture and interiors, with a growing presence across India and beyond.
DIVYA RAO
Interior Designer · Co-Founder
Divya Rao brings an intuitive understanding of interiors together with a strong focus on quality, functionality and the finer details that define a space.
Her approach is rooted in creating interiors that feel sophisticated yet genuinely liveable- where material choices, craftsmanship and comfort are considered with equal importance. She believes a well-designed interior should offer a sense of refinement without making quality feel inaccessible.
At ELYON, Divya leads the interior design direction while shaping the studio’s client experience and growth. Her vision is to make thoughtfully designed, high-quality interiors more attainable, without compromising on the standards that make them exceptional.
KAVYA PRABHAKAR
Architect · Interior Designer . Co-Founder
Kavya Prabhakar approaches architecture as an opportunity to question the expected and find more responsive ways of shaping space.
Her design thinking brings together contemporary architectural language, material exploration, passive strategies, environmental responsiveness and human comfort. Rather than relying on conventional solutions, she looks for opportunities to make buildings more contextual, efficient and experiential- where climate, light, ventilation, material and movement become active parts of the design.
At ELYON, Kavya leads the architectural direction and works across design, development and detailing to create spaces that are contemporary in expression yet grounded in how they perform and endure.
